March 2010 - October 2011Responsible for Data Center Network Implementation with primary function to work on Data Center and DMZ projects that involve implementation of routing, switching, load balancing and security technologies. o Responsible for delivering Network configuration for Application Migration Projects of various sizes for internal customers. o Tasks involved having newly assigned subnet interfaces in the DNS configured in Cisco 6500/Nexus 1000, 2000, 7000 K routers on specific PODS based on their life cycle (Development, Stage and Production) in Production and Non Production environments, both internal and external facing. o Data Base servers that require Heartbeat Oracle RAC are provided with new private subnet and IP address assigned through Address Management/DNS and private VLAN's are created on Routers. o Once the Hosting team have provisioned their UCS clusters, based on the architecture of the network either ACL's are added to the routers/SIM DMZ firewalls/Application Firewalls and ASA DMZ Firewalls to provide end to end connectivity for specific ports approved by Network Security. o Based on additional requirements of the projects, tasks involve having Load balancing implemented on Cisco ACE and CSM Platform either on Bridged mode or routed mode. o On Server farms that span between data centers GSS( Global Site Selector) are configured for Load Balancing which involves configuring and adding Answer files, adding them to a group and DNS rules to enable DNS query to handle servers to which server request needs to go to. o All tasks go through a Standard Project Cycle involving discovery phase, data collection, planning, implementing and hand off, and are managed by Project Managers for each project by having recurring meeting through Web Ex and design being created either by the Design Engineer/ Implementation Engineer. o Implementation is done through a Change record process with proper approval chain

Successfully implemented ISDN dial backup when the Leased Line goes down. * Interacted with the local Telco and carriers for network outage and performance issues. Monitored the network for the least downtime and involved in helpdesk services.
